Good luck and have a great day. Yesterday is in the past leave it there. think before you eat. make sure you are getting your calories worth. Just get up and work out before you have time to say no. Set and a goal, and surpass it. Have fun with it. Every small achievement you do, is a big set to your dream body.

Always nerve racking posting these photos…. Today was a first time in ages that I woke up and felt like I’ve achieved something. I woke up earlier than I normally do, and I was awake - not sleepy. I felt amazing, had a cuppa and got ready for work. I am so excited to keep going. I haven’t been this motivated since.. well, since I first started. The biggest difference I’ve seen is my waist shrink. I’ve lost 10cm off my waist so far and just thinking about how good that is for my health.. brings tears to my eyes.
Never give up x
